I miss her so much! She is 5 years old and lives with my dad 500 miles away! I have given up with my dad as he can't be bothered with me anymore...but that means I have no contact with my little sister! Please help me :(

why would u be cut off from speaking with your little sister ?
Does your father forbids you from getting in touch with her by landline or skype ?
If he doesn't then do it.
With time you may get back well with your dad too, with just the little talk like 'how're things at home?
can I speak to my little sister, please ?'
He'll appreciate that and will cherish you more too :-)
