Home I went to bed and woke up with my chest and back of shoulders hurting and it does not hurt when I breathe I told my mom and she said I'm just sore and over did it. I'm 15 and I am overweight will I be ok I'm just scared because I have Anxiety also the pain is not severe.

Soreness is to be expected. It will subside, don't work out those areas again until it does. You can try a creatine supplement directly after workout to limit soreness. It also fulls your muscles with water so be careful when lifting next because it makes you stronger and you don't want to cause further injury. Just a thought.
I have anxiety and when I started exercising the increase in heart rate creeper me out but I got over it. And it helps with anxiety tremendously, as does meditation.

It is normal to be sore after working out, especially if you overworked or do not do it often. It is best to take your time and start off slowly. I recommend taking a warm shower to relax your muscles, then apply an icepack if you have any swelling/soreness.
