Can I get a job based on my 10th 12th percentage?

Update:

I am a B.Tech graduate but I am not very much interested in the Engineering stuff. I had good score in 10th and 12th exams. Is there any chance I can get a job based on my 10th 12th percentage, not based on B.Tech.? I also have good working knowledge of computers and the internet

yes but don't expect too much improvement in that career because a job based on 12th class dosen't beat the job based on Bachelors or Graduate Degree i would suggest you to take a part time job and join a academy where u can learn Web Designing and Graphic Designing if you are interested in computer sector or Get enroll in MCS(Master's in Computer Science) Or Ms Information Technology on the basis of your B.tech to secure good life and salary.

There are many jobs outside software field. I think your b.tech percentage is low and that's why you are hesitant to put it. But trust me, if you have good skills, many employers will not care much about your percentage. And once you gain 1-2 years experience, your college marks doesn't really matter to employers. You said in your previous question that you are a freelance content writer. This means you are good at writing. So why don't you try for content writing, social media marketing, online marketing jobs? Do a course in online marketing where you will learn SEO, paid marketing, etc. You will find many marketing and writing jobs on naukri.com, jobs.socialsamosa.com, jobs.yourstory.com, linkedin.com. You can also send me your resume on my mail neha.crazygirl@yahoo.com. I will apply for jobs on your behalf. There are also technical writer jobs which are in a lot of demand these days. If you are interested in a technical job, you can also get training in networking like CCNA then you can work in network support. Good luck!!!

Yes, you can get but not in a private sector. If you wanna get a job on these basis then you should choose the government sector. It is because there are plenty of job available in several departments.
