Results of my Back Xray, good explanation please?

marked disc space narrowing at lumbosacral junction, no vertebral collapse is seen. Its on L5 disc, can anyone give a good explanation of this?

    This means that the space between L4 and L5 is markedly narrowed. That is, it has been squashed down from the weight of all vertebrae above L5. It also means that you have two bones (L4 and L5) that are close to being on top of each other instead of cushioned by the disc between them. No vertebral collapse means that the two bones have not yet touched each other.
