It is not since under federal laws ( section 361 of the Public Health Service Act, (42 U.S. Code section 264)) and former President Bush executive order in 2003( with the above act) they can and should close the borders.
Under this individual states can unilaterally have a quarantine and seal state line border.
And under the interstate commerce clause in the US constitution, the national as well as state borders could be closed and sealed. This is because anything or person that can go across state lines comes under this clause in the US constitution.

Because nobody wants the burden of having those ebola infested countrys on their asss after/if they overcome it. Its a fu cked up system the government would rather put all of us at risk then risk potential political war. So in other words be ready because ebolas getting worse and spreading and we cant count on the system. WASH YOYR HANDS. And good luck.

Because the disease will spread faster if you do so. Of course that is an epidemiologist viewpoint and not experts like Doctors Trump or Hannity.
