can i pay out of this program ordered by the court?
its a theft offender program,on the paper it says
"you have been ordered to complete the turning point program upon completion,administrative dismissal on payment of 354$"
can anyone tell me what this mean?
does it mean i can pay out of it or is this something ill have to pay after i take the class
thank you for your time. details and loopholes are appreciated

It means you must completer the program AND pay a $354 fine. You can pay the fine before the program if you wish.
