Whats for dinner?

I seared steak finished in the oven until rare for me medium for my dad

Made some creamed spinach, lyonnaise potatoes and braised short ribs with Demi glacé pan suace

And salad on the side

It was a lot I made the demi glacé like the day before and the short ribs too lol

Seaweed soup with mushrooms, onions and beef broth. Later on, some popcorn with sriracha sauce and if i'm still hungry, the rest of the cheetos hot fries

Baked blue fish and tomatoes with sides of Brussels sprouts sautéed with raisins and Pignoli nuts and mashed parsnips with dill. Apple strudel will be served for dessert.

Linguine (all vegan) with a cup of lemon tea.
