When someone says "Let's pray," what are you thinking of? Only those who 'letting' '?
Only those who are 'letting' the others pray are the ones being spoken to! If the atheist doesn't speak up and say 'let's not' or "i don't want to', it's his own fault.

I am usually waiting for the food to be served, the funeral to be over, or the wedding to begin when I hear that. And my atheism does not give me a right to interrupt the spiritual rituals of other people.
Atheism is what is right for me, but that does not make it right for every one.
I don't know where you live, but I am an American and all the people I have ever known well have had the right to believe whatever they choose about the existence of god(s) and how to worship them or not worship them.
It is not a perfect place to live, but it is as fair as can be when you add all our different personalities to the mix. No system can please all the people.

When I hear someone say "Let's pray", I wait for the person who said it to begin their prayer and listen to it.
If you are an atheist, you don't need to "speak up" at all, or say "I don't want to". What do you want to hang around for? Ever hear of the expression "just walk away"? That would be a good time to do so.
