do they make TV headphones that you plug in.?

    Don't know how the question got posted without be actually posting the details.

    Do they make wireless headphones for the TV that do not work on batteries? where I can plug the headphone part into an outlet. Listen, the rechargers on these things are a wasteful joke.

    Does anybody know what search terms I might enter to find a set like that? thanks

    Wireless 'phones need an internal source of power,

    so they require either single-use or rechargeable cells.

    There is no way to avoid this.
