HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LOSE ABS?

OK so I have been dieting, doing a lot of cardio, and eating healthy. Been doing this for almost two months. i can now see my abs, but lets say I decide to go back to my old habits how long will it take me to lose my abs? and i know we are all different, an it all depends on what i eat, and how much movement i do daily bla bla bla bla....etc. I just want to know what the usual time it would take. Oh and if you don't know for sure for sure than please don't bullshit your way in the comment section. ctfu jk :)

Take it back before you scratch it. Ab circle is a gimmick. you can lose a lot more by running for that 15 min a day. just go jog with a bottle of water. Its free and you will build your endurance. The ab circle will only strengthen your ab muscles (if it does anything at all) and that in itself does not translate to losing fat. something that is so low impact will not produce results at just 15 min a day. Don't get me wrong, you'll get cardio from it if you do it right, but not nearly as much as you need to be able to see results. If you're dead set on using your new toy, then pair it with running. No one exercise should be used alone, you risk severe strain due to overtraining. Best of luck to you.

Just stop exercising as much. I once stopped doing my exercises for three weeks, and my abs started to go away. Genetics can also affect muscle build up, but on average, it takes a month for them to disappear completely.
