It's varies depending on models. Hp is bad. Dell is generally good. Asus is mixed

Like the other guy said brand can't really define a "good" laptop depends what your using it for, I just reccamond staying away from macbook's no matter what just trust me. Apples good at phones but not so much with laptops

The brand does not ultimately decided whether it is the "best" brand. It all depends on the build quality. Most brands have premium builds and they also carry budget builds.
