Asthma and smoking?

I've had asthma my whole life, I'm now 18 and under a lot of stress and thought of taking up smoking. For a few months I've been using an e-cigarette (not every day, more like a few puffs every few weeks) but want to try the normal cigarettes. I'm limiting myself to one pack (if I make it that far in) how much damage will be done to my lungs by smoking one pack?

If you start your gonna look back on the day you started in about 10 years and kick yourself for being that stupid. Trust me, I started and took me about 20 years for finally stop, its a disgusting habit and with your pre-existing condition your going to do more harm to yourself.

Stay away from the e-cigs as well as they also have toxic substances as well. Google stress relieve, you will be shocked how much you can do to just take the edge off. If anything cigarettes actually get your heart racing, and while it might feel like your relaxing, its for that brief 5 minutes where you get your fix and then your back to stressing.

There is no such thing as 1 pack, if you smoke then you keep smoking.
