Well, I will start by saying I haven't shot the P320, but I have the other two. I think both are solid pistols, but I'm not a fan of DAO triggers which the PPQM2 has. The omega trigger system for the CZ works better for me and I ultimately bought a P-07, the compact version of the P-09 in 9mm. I do like a number of the features on the Walther, the ambi slide release the front serrations on the slide the ergonomics, but I prefer to deal with a heavy trigger for that first shot only.
Still if that trigger system works for you, the PPQ shot well for me. I was running a rental gun at the range so only put a 100 rounds or so through it, but the claim was that it was holding up pretty well so far.

The Sig SP2022 is a better comparison with the CZ P-09 since they are both hammer fired DA/SA pistols. The Sig P320 would be better compared against Glock, Springfield XDm or the new HK VP 9.
Sig and CZ are in my top favorite brands. I honestly would at least handle and try to shoot guns before deciding.

Even though it only comes in 9MM I would go with the CZ since it is the only one that is hammer fired. I just personally cannot stand the mush triggers striker fired pistols have.

None of the above.
