Right now diesel prices, the fuel that moves our food from the Farm and Factory to our Market ( and eventually to our table ) is the same price as a gallon of regular gasoline (and That is about $2.50 a gal. In My area) why is it that when fuel prices go down the high cost of food still remains the same or goes higher? it doesn t make any sense that. Someone very close to Me has been unemployed for a very long time. It is very frustrating receiving rejection letter after rejection letter or no notice at all. I feel these employers should be shaken up and take on a different approach in hiring. My greatest desire is to see the U.S. Government step in and make these sorry employers who keep overlooking the long term unemployed, pay a stiff penalty or heafty unemployment tax( that money could be used to pay the unemplyoyed), until They get the people that have been out of work for 6 months or longer, back on the job. Put those people to work first. I would like to know what You think on this important matter ?? Thanks
