I cut my head open in a couple of places Friday night falling down stairs, lots of bleeding didn't get stitches/ go to A&E today forehead?

    Head is now hurting, forehead hurts whenever I move it etc. I passed out after falling then woke up, lots of blood, do I need to go to A&E or phone a doctor? Not sure what to do head hurts im worries
