My friend and I will be joining forces together forming a Company. Two Professionals, Paralegal and Accountant.?
Is it possible to have such a business? If so, how would we name it and describe it? Please help with your advice and suggest as we brainstorm.

Paralegals are not professionals. They are paraprofessionals. They do not have professional licensure and CANNOT practice law even under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
You may have any business you wish as allowed by law. You haven't said what services your business will offer. What will your paralegal do? Having a paralegal without an attorney sounds like a medical clinic that has a medical assistant but no licensed health care provider.
ETA: I read your comment/question. I don't think you know what a paralegal is. She CANNOT practice law. Paralegals do work that is delegated by and supervised by licensed attorneys. It isn't even LEGAL for her to offer her services to the general public. Paralegals are legal assistants. Her job is to assist an attorney.
