Hades never leaves the underworld. His wife, Persephone, does as she is the goddess of spring. Basically, he kidnapped her, so her mom Demeter got pissed of and was like :"Not a single plant is going to grow until my daughter gets out!". Hence , Hades and Demeter made a deal that Persephone spends half a year with her husband as the queen of the dead, and other half with her mom, reviving nature and stuff. That's how she is the goddess of spring.
Satan is from a whole 'nother story. Peace :)

Hades is a Greek god; Satan is a character in the Bible, which is unrelated to Greek mythology. It's Judeo-Christian mythology.
