Pre-Cal help please, I need help with last 2 questions!!?

a. Explain the effect of c on the graph of y = f(x) for the function y = f(x) + c.

shifts the graph up or down so its a vertical shift

b. Explain the effect of c on the graph of y = f(x) for the function y = f(x + c).

Phase shift. It shifts the graph right and left ( horizontal shift )

c. Compare the graphs of y = f(x) and y = -f(x).

is a reflection in the x-axis

d. Compare the graphs of y = f(x) and y = f(-x).

is a reflection in the y-axis

e. Explain the effect of c on the graph of y = f(x) for the function y = cf(x).

f. Explain the effect of c on the graph of y = f(x) for the function y = f(cx).

I need help with E and F please!!

    E is a vertical stretch so imagine someone grabbing the top and bottom of the function and pulling both ways (if you can imagine it you will notice the sides close in) aka it will get taller and skinnier.

    F is a horizontal stretch so imagine we grab both sides of the function and pull sideways so it will get shorter and fatter
