    In a real world scenario superman would instantly kill batman but I have a feeling batman would win the fight and then they would realise they were tricked by Lex Luther and team up against him. This movie should be called, Batman and Superman (they fight for a bit and then they're mates)

    Looks like it's heavily based on 'Dark Knight Returns' so I'm pretty sure Batman wins.
