It seems everyone so far except "Fox" with his useless answer is in agreement that she almost certainly needs glasses. Squinting sometimes helps to bring things into focus slightly better which is why she does that. You need to point out to your mom about her squinting so she can get her in to get her eyes examined. I am quite sure the result will be that your sister will be wearing glasses.

To fox this. Tell your parents she needs to see an eye doctor.

She might need glasses. I used to squint at the tv all the time and I'd usually end up just moving closer to see better. My mom took me to the eye doctor and they said I needed glasses so maybe that's what's going on.

She's showing signs of Near vision. Meaning she can't see far away too well. Take her to the eye specialist.

Well, my guess is she needs glasses. If she is already, then probably just a habit she got into before she got them. I got glasses and I have that habit... lol

Source(s): I wear glasses, and I'v squinted at the TV before I got them.
