Can anyone tell me if this is most likely eczema? Or possibly athletes foot? Should I schedule doc apt? PLEASE HELP! THANKS?

It's pink and scabby b/c I've scratched it SO much. This is above my heal/below ankle on inside of foot. On the soles of my feet it's also very itchy and cracked like bad dry skin but no little bumps. On some of my toes there are some little tiny bumps that itch something fierce and those types are also starting to peel a little. I've always been on again off again active... but for the past 2 months I've been fully active, running mostly every day. I don't drink quite enough water yet either as I'm not used to having to drink so much. I heard dehydration can cause/instigate eczema. My feet sweat a lot and my shoes I wear a lot. That's bad for excema AND athletes foot. Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated. Thank u much.

Athletes foot. Keep your feet dry and clean and use an antifungal cream every day.
