Sunburned and peeling?
Are there any home remedies to stop peeling for a day? Or two?

You can't stop peeling but keep the burnt skin moisturized to make it not as bad. Try aloe vera gel, it's good for burns

Cold cold wet wash rags help and i also find jelly soothing, which is weird, but i was desperate and it helped me haha! Mushing up a banana and spreading over may help the peeling but i am not certain. Also milk baths or oatmeal will help with the burn
