You can...it will ask for age verification but you can really type in whatever you'd like

Yes. There is nothing stopping you from lying on the Internet. But honestly, if you order a game online, your parents are probably going to be the first to see it delivered on the doorstep, so there's not really any reason not to get parent supervision as they'll probably find out anyway.
