We have a 3 month old kitten. Any ideals to deal with her?

Our orange tabby kitten "Sarah" is quite the handful. She gets into everything. She steals anything she can drag to wherever she wants. She tries to chew on cords (this is my main worry). We have tried to redirect her, and squirt her with a water bottle (works sometimes). We tell her now and clap our hands or other loud noise, but that does not work always. She uses the scratching post, but not all the time. She also meows a lot when we leave and I worry that the neighbors will complain. Any ideals? What would you do? Thanks in advance!

At 3 months shes still very young so she will be bursting with energy. I've had many cats and kittens in my time and they are into everything!

Id suggest keep harmful items out of her reach, usually in cupboards, youd be suprised how high they can climb when they want something, even when theyre little.

Cats will scratch anything, even if they have scratchposts, mine still does at almost 1 year. Only thing you can do is stop her when she does it but she still may do it when your not there. However im convinced my cat is good as gold when im not around and only misbehaves to annoy me haha.

You could try leaving a radio on when your out as some cats dont like silence if the house is usually noisy. However she is still only a baby so its likely she'll get used to being left alone and stop meowing as she gets older.

Lots of play. They need to be worn out so they sleep and while shes playing with toys shes leaving furniture alone.

Lemon works as a natural cat repellant and a better version of this can actually be purchased from stores such as sainsburys or tesco (UK) which is a cat and dog repellant - I suggest spraying this around the cords. for the other things have you tried placing them in high to reach places? wat could also work is having a box in each room which contains all of the things she picks up, that way she won't be able to get into the box :3
