You certainly CAN get married in a church.
Membership in the different churches is not usually a consideration. Any fees may vary. Just make a few calls. It's okay, Catholic Christian girl.

I'm not from Texas, I'm from Jersey. But, at a church by me. They won't hassle you for things like that.
In the span of 3 weeks, my friend got baptized, had her communion, and had her conformation, for her wedding. On the downside, it was all for the right price.
For her it was only about $200 per person and the church was beautiful with stained glass and gorgeous fixtures so I'd say it was worth it.
It is probably different at a church by you, but I'd go to a mass on Sunday and ask about it after.

You can marry in a Catholic church, your husband does not have to be Catholic. Talk to your parish priest about it. If you marry in another church or in a secular ceremony, the marriage is recognised by law but not by the church.
Interestingly, if your husband to be had been married before, he would need to get an annulment of the marriage even though it was not a Catholic ceremony. You would only need an annulment if your first marriage was in a Catholic church.

It differs from church to church. In many places you have to be members. But some of them you can have the ceremony with a justice of the peace performing the ceremony.
Be aware that if you are not married in the Catholic church that the Catholic church will not say that your marriage is legitimate and will refuse to recognize it as valid.

Every pastor and church will tell you something different. When I got married, my husband was Catholic and I was not, and we found a Protestant pastor who was willing to marry us. We didn't live in the area, so he didn't know us but was still willing. You just have to call around and ask. Even the Catholic parishes gave us all sorts of different answers, although they were considerably less cooperative.

There are lots of churches that take people not of their denomination. Just call around and ask.

Maybe I am old fashion, but I always heard / thought that the wedding took place in the bride to be church.
