Why do Christians think they're suddenly the most oppressed?

Oh, it happens every time people do something that goes against what they wish.

Take Bibles out of school.

Oh, Christians are so oppressed!

Mention proper sex education that focuses on actual education rather than shaming and manipulation.

Oh, Christians are so oppressed!

Make medicines such as birth control accessible to anyone who wants it, rather than allowing employers to decide.

Oh, Christians are so oppressed!

Unfortunately the 'old school' Christians out there will no doubt be having difficulty accepting change. There are plenty of gay Christians out there, and forward thinking ones, who embrace change. Fortunately the backward ones will soon be a thing of the past either through them dying or changing their attitudes. Don't worry, they will soon be gone.

It seems when people are not buying some of the crap religious fundamentalist try and push, they take it personal and feel a rejection of their beliefs is a rejection of them personally.

They are needed and attention seekers like children.
