That's a reverse fever. That's what my doctor used to call it. Often when I am seriously ill my temperature will drop. Not go up. Even though I feel like I have a fever: dizzy, hot, sweaty and I get delirious as well. Do what you normally do when sick chicken soup, lots of fluids and lots of rest. Get better soon.

That could also be your normal temperature. Some people (including myself) have temperatures in the 97 range rather than the 98 range, but it is still considered normal.
