I think I ate led?

I was chewing on my pencil just now and I felt something go in my mouth, i was stupid and swalloed it, what do i do?

    Crazy enough what's really good is to drink a lot of milk to push it down. My son use to eat lipstick or one time he even drink a body of hair dye, and when I called 311 they said to give him a lot of milk and it help!

    its graphite. ythey used to use lead but it wasnt deadly enough

    Pencils do not have lead, they have graphite.
