So is makatos aunt...is that her from the future or what....cause how they show photo and how she said she is waiting for the guy to come....

No, Makoto's aunt is the original girl who leapt though time. The film is based on a book. In that book a girl named Kazuko Yoshiyama (same name as Makoto's aunt) ends up time leaping with an older form of time travel than the technology Chiaki used. The stories are quite similar with the love interest being from the future. Her aunt is waiting for her future man as well because in the book he said he'd come back.
This is also the reason why she didn't freak out when Makoto told her she could time travel. Because she herself has time traveled before.

I don't think so. Chiaki Mamiya is the only one who came back in time.
