What is the point in anything?
Why should we even bother living? Why should I get out of bed in the morning as apposed to just lying there and dying of dehydration?
It is possible to question the meaning in things without being depressed or suicidal

For the same reason you just wrote this question. There is something beyond lying in bed. Obviously that first question you have asked is from a low ebb. There is much more awaiting you.
Good question BTW. Everyone should ask themselves that one during their lives.

Opposed.
At least spell your suicide note correctly.
Listen:
Think of it as a movie. Maybe the movie sucks, but you already invested 20 bucks so you stay and see what happens next. I'm diagnosed and certified.
It's OK if you just want to lay there today. Read a book while you're laying there and take a few naps.
And fer chrissake get a drink of water!

No matter what you choose, it was predetermined already. if you're gonna get inspired to continue living, it's already on it's way. If you chicken out half way through dehydration sickness, that's already on it's way to happening. Our choices are just like the paths of space rocks bouncing off of each other. it Seems like randomness, but there's a method to the madness, meaning it's predictable. There's only one way things exist now, and the present leads to the future, so if the past is set in stone so is the present and the future.

Ask a philosopher, minister, psycologist, historian, and etc and they will tell you in a million words and still don't know the right answer for you. Because everyone is different.
Best just ask God. He will work with you in a most insanely mysterious way that you cannot even fanthom. At the end you will look back amazed at your transformation.

Dying won't fix the problem. The soul which is you, eternal. You come to this material and take birth, because you want to enjoy. When you get frustrated from enjoyment, then come renuntiation, abondone everything, giving up everything. And because there is not any spiritual knoledge, giving up life is the only solution you see. But that, actually, only will aggravate the problem of your continous material existence.

Why should I lie in bed and die? What makes that a good idea once you remove the appeal depression has on increasing its hold on you? If life is pointless then you are free to do amazing and wonderful things. There are no rules in your universe.
I would be jealous but it sounds like being you sucks.

~~~ You have no choice!
You do what you do and rationalize it, take credit for it, excuse it... afterwards!
You live until you die!
You get up, or you don't!
'Choice' is a mere vanity, imagination, ego!
