Im eating late at night? please?

I burned 864 calories today and this is all the food I ate today.

1:00pm: I ate really thin pizzas, like paper, and it is pesto kind in small slices. ate 6 pieces. (2 of them combined is a regular size pizza, that means I ate 3 pizzas.)

4:20pm: I ran 2.2 miles and burned 301 calories

5:00pm: ate a turkey breast sandwich with Swiss cheese and mustard. (no mayo)

9:00pm: another turkey breast sandwich with Swiss and mustard. (again no mayo.)

11:30pm: burned 559 calories doing online workouts.

this is the part where I start to feel really hungry for no reason

1:00am: ate a bowl of white rice and pinto beans with Tostitos chips (only 3 big pieces of chips) and I started pinching a little bit on other foods like tuna, and ham, also a little pinch on cheesy scallop.

is this bad and if it is how do I stop, I did these nights before but with different foods. and to note I wait 3 hours to sleep after im done eating so I sleep around 4 or 3 am so it can digest.

Not sure if this works for everyone, but I will brush my teeth right after I eat dinner (so 9:30ish I guess for you) and then I won't eat anything after that. That way I don't have to brush my teeth again before bed and it keeps me from eating late at night.

Also having healthy snacks like veggies, hummus, fruit salad, etc. easily accessible makes other foods less tempting because you can easily grab an apple or something. Choose a few healthy foods from each food group to have on hand so depending on your craving you can pick one and eat it.

I like the thought of exercising frequently to burn off calories, but the food choices are not so great. Of course you definitely need things like turkey/rice but rather you need a balance of everything. As to eating late at night I highly recommend you start your day off eating a healthy breakfast such as some oatmeal topped with blueberries and an apple.banana along with milk and continue the day with your regular exercises but eat small and frequent meals filled with hardy nutrients. So instead of alot of turkey sandwiches and other carbs, try eating a vegan wrap with some cheese if youd like (only a little) and add some fruit as a snack. And make sure you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. hope this helped u!

You feel hungry because your body wants more food. You sound obsessed and on your way to an eating disorder. Unless you are significantly overweight, just don't give it this much attention.
