Not sure but what I do know is that the way those gulf countries act is disgusting. They care more about flashy cars than their fellow human. To this day they haven't accepted even 1 refugee when they have the resources and means to do so. And they call themselves Muslim astaghfirullah

No, I doubt if Allah had anything to do it. After all, the Almighty, as you say He is, would need only to say "So be it." and all the problems of Syria and the World would be gone. So, why denigrate Himself to burning a mere Hotel when He could rain destruction like He did in Sodom and Gomorrah upon ISIS.

The hotel fire cause is still being investigated. But it seems initial findings blame a shoddy American make sprinkler system that failed to work properly.
