Need witness and evidance etc. SO, you van not cut your sisters hand as you might end up otherway around in Islamic court.

B - How much cold blooded person you are, if it someonein your close relative stealing, its much easier for you to understand as you are a close person, could have a wonderful chat about it and find out why she is doing this, which ofcause she is in despreate situation as she need money or help, as your are brother could help her. Anygood family or even not family people do that rather take to them to police or court.
