You need 3-5 years of post-bachelor's experience in your undergraduate field in progressively more responsible positions, and be deemed by your employer to be prospective managerial-executive talent. Do NOT go to the cheapest school. You must ensure you go to a highly rated business school which is well known & highly regarded by employers in your country of citizenship. Otherwise, you are another unemployable MBA. Since you need 3-5 years of work experience, that's plenty of time to save your money to pay for grad school.

Not sure but online mba would be a better option either you may go through with other country like in India as online mba in India with an autonomous institute like IMTS Institute

It depends on where you live. There is in-state and out-of-state tuition. It will undoubtedly be cheapest to go to school in the state that you live.
