Doesn t the fact that Donald Trump is not owned or paid for by anyone make him the perfect candidate for this very sick USA?

No because he's one of the ones who does the owning.

Being owned and paid for by Donald Trump makes Donald Trump an establishment candidate, really no different from Hillary Clinton.

Only if you have a very jaded view of all politicians being on the take and are corrupt because of it. If you realize this is not the case, at least with most and the truth about influence is a lot less than you imagine, then no, Trump's "golden" characteristic doesn't play and his flaws play a greater role.

Perhaps, but Trump is going to have to prove that because he is spending an awful lot of money. He certainly has a lot of supporters who hate the established elite politicians. According to Mother Jones, "Trump's campaign is now fueled by grassroots conservatives, so attracted to a message of sticking it to the money eyed class that they are cutting hundred dollar checks to a billionaire."

There is no doubt that Trump is serious. His New Hampshire campaign headquarters isn't exactly traditional. He hired the Koch brothers campaign manager at a cost of one million dollars. He has more paid staff than any other republican, and his campaign headquarters occupies the entire second floor of an office building overlooking the Merrimack River. He bought the entire building.

Donald trump is not "Owned or paid for" because he is one of the people who OWNS people, and PAYS FOR what he wants - And he has openly admitted that in the past. So though he may not be owned, he wants the same thing that others who do the owning do. He would be horrible for America. But unfortunately so would just about anyone else currently running for president.

It would seem so but there are many that oppose Donald Trump simply because he is not owned or controlled by anyone but Donald Trump and the fact that he is 100% Pro-America.

    No.

In real life the government isn't directly run by it's officials, & probably has never been run directly by it's elected officials, & the only way to change the culture of Washington is to change the culture of the powers behind the throne, so to speak, & good luck with that.

And why in the heck do you think that a multi-millionaire is going to end up helping any-one but other multi-millionaires in the great grand scheme of things?

NO and Trump is no better or different than any other politician ... just because he is rich beings most all politicians are rich to very rich , Politicians are selfish, uncaring, whining, blaming .... just like a lot of People - Democrat and Republican in America and all over the World !!! Sadly, People believe MONEY is EVERYTHING when in reality, money is nothing except for what the People think and believe it is !

  • Of course not. That would insinuate that anyone that was filthy rich in and of itself makes someone a perfect candidate for president. Would you say the same thing about the Koch brothers? Or Soros?

He's a billionaire and he still has lots of billionaire friends. If he were really such a great candidate concerned with the middle class, it wouldn't have been this easy for him to climb to the top of the polls. The media wouldn't be giving him free publicity and positive coverage they would just ignore him. He has climbed the top of the polls without spending hardly any money any without any grassroots organization on the ground. That doesn't happen for a candidate that's really working against the establishment.

Bernie Sanders refuses to take Wall Street's money and he's the only candidate we can really trust to look out for the working people in America instead of just the rich. He voted against the Iraq war, against the patriot act, against the free trade deals that are sending jobs overseas. He wants to break up the big banks. The media are of course ignoring him and didn't say a word about the thousands of people that marched for him last week.
