If I move to Texas will I still be able to make car payments at $7.25/hr when I make more in California?

    You seriously expect to afford a new car at min wage? Gee, craigslist is full of cars under $1000. Save your money, learn to fix rides and enjoy. It's what I did at that wage point in my life.

    No normal person wants to live in Texas - stay in CA.

    it depends.

    when you get to Texas your cost of living will drop dramatically. but id have to go through ALL of your finances to figure out what you can, and can't afford.
