Can one panic attack lead to de-realisation?

Im a 15 year old guy called harry and about a month and a half to two months ago I woke up in the middle of the night with a random panic attack which for days increased my anxiety levels majorly. I thought it was heart problems and then got checked and i was fine. However even when being calm (which my anxiety levels have dropped and I am back to normal again) I have still got this "de-realisation" disorder which has made me a bit angry and a bit sad however for the last 2 weeks i have felt fine. It only occurs when im thinking about it or randomly it will come .can anyone help?

It can happen any time whether a panic attack occurred or not. The panic attack may lead to it, but it also may not. You'll probably need to talk to a trained therapist.

Tell a dr. about all this; he is the only one who can diagnose, explain, and treat this condition.
