Where are my kidneys?

So i ve been on vacation in a tropical area and I got a little drunk and ended up in the middle of the jungle. So anyways I just woke up and i m in a hotel bathtub full of ice and there s blood everywhere and stuff and I seem to be missing my kidneys. What should I do and where can I find my kidneys???
