Home for the summer and have nothing to accomplish. Advice?
I've been home from college for about 2 weeks now. My 2 sisters are still in school and both of my parents work. On the weekdays I feel like I have nothing to look forward to or accomplish. I usually just wake up, eat breakfast, maybe go for a run or exercise, then shower. I'm used to always having something to do like homework or chores or anything really. The rest of my day after that is spent doing nothing productive. For example I may read a book or watch Netflix. This is driving me crazy. I want something to do. I applied for a summer job but I'm not going to start working until Memorial Day. Any advice? Is how I feel weird?

Wow, I wish I had a kid like you. Please allow me to digress to your age .... ah ... Ok ... when you job starts you will have a lot less time to help out around the house so now that you have the time, actually ask your parents if there are any summer projects they planned to do that you could help with now instead of later, when you will have less time. That way you can avoid the future fight with your parents.

Find a job. Or someone to tutor. Get a hobby. Try something new you've never tried before

Plant a garden or do some landscaping if you are inclined that way.
