After a person bonds out of jail, can he still pay the bail amount himself?

Can he give the bail bondsman cash to pay it off, is what I'm specifically asking.

    yes he could. Some jails like Louisville Metro Corrections would let you use your credit card to bond yourself out of jail. There is an ATM on the Booking Floor. This is for mainly traffic offenses .

    I don't think so. that's how bail bondsmen make their money.
