How to help my boyfriend who is in a very bad mental state?
He says he feels hopeless and it seems like he can't be happy anymore. He started out very kind but is very short tempered and snappy to me lately, especially when he gets anxious. He feels awful about it and he is a genuinely good person I don't know how to help him be the happy man I saw before. Things like chewing and other noises and being hungry make him extremely irritable and he sometimes feels like there is no purpose to live until we talk it out. This also causes us to fight a lot more does anyone have similar experiences or know what's happening? Any information would help so much
