Is there any evidence that there is a significantly higher percentage of atheists on the internet then in the general population?
The demographics for atheists is very similar to the demographics of internet users, but is that evidence there are more atheists on the net?
Thanks for the evidence that Atheists are idiots, but that was not the question. The question is Not asserting there are more atheists than Christians on the internet. Learn to read, then think, then write. The question is asserting there are a higher percentage of atheists on the internet, than in the general population. Atheists tend to be young, White, and from financially well off families, and so do internet users, not all, of course, but a higher percentage than in the general populace.

If you eliminated all the sock puppet accounts, the number of atheist posts would sharply decline.

No the reality is the claims for Chrsitian numbers are lies!
Try a little reality!
The churches own figures show only 28% who claim to be Christian ever attend church in a year. Indeed if 28% ever tried to attend church on the same day, even working shifts, there is simply not enough churches!
But count the bars - in many places there is more space in the bars than the churches!
Count all the seats in every church in a town and compare that to the population and it is very unlikely to achieve even 5%!
This is true right through the Bible belt and in Salt Lake City!
Go on have the courage to count the seats!
Then try attending a service in each church and see how many of those seats are empty!

You would be amazing by the amount of data Google has compiled on internet users. Who spends how much on what and so on. It's difficult for christians to maintain many lies when the data shows they are wrong.
Even without using the Google data, for your assumption to be anywhere near correct, virtually all athiests would have to be on the internet and only a small fraction of Christians would be able to log on. We are 3% of the US population, you are 78%. I know you hate science but why not study math and see that it's not painful.
