Apparently the DA where she is located filed the charges. There is nothing to say that a male cop would not have been charged. Or do you have a real reason to believe the DA would have let the male cop skate?

She was the only one who shot Bullets! But there is more to this than what we all think we know: oh just "happened" to be a chopper overhead right for an obscure routine call. And she was so froth with racial hatred she ignored it the car videos and all the witnesses to shoot her a black man. At worst this IS MANSLAUGHTER which is unlawful unintentional taking of a life like driving drunk.

So the ONLY ONE who shot him shouldn't be the only one charged? I mean she seemed to overreact, but the victim was in the wrong as well.
