My x-ray told my physician That I can pull anything but can't push?

because something is missing under the elbow in my right arm since my childhood. Doc says it may not be healed. Now ask you guys... Can it be healed?

    Do you think that even another physician would be able to answer this simply based off of the information you gave? If he couldn't, then neither can anyone here.

    We do not know more than a physician. If you want a 2nd opinion, go to a 2nd doctor.
