Be quiet, because without proof you could be accused of slander.
Sometimes if you wait long enough, someone will brag about it. Staying quiet means they won't get enough attention, and might start to talk.
Ask the landlord if there is surveillance video, and report it to police and to your insurance company. Your landlord has an interest in finding the person who did it, as well.

Put cameras in your car. You can't accuse anyone and bring them to court for destruction of private property if you don't have evidence.
