The objective is to use the lie to diminish the the Trump Presidency. Notice that they already have it defined as an attack on the election process, and obama solidified that with his presidential response against the Russians. No. The accusation is they hacked an official in Georgia (Democrat). who had no bearing on the election. This is to cover the hacks by CIA and Homeland Security that were on the election computers.
