It means mommy chose to not put the father's name on it which I don't believe in at all. If I were you I would take her to court get the DNA test done and get your name on y child's birth certificate. I hate when people do this. I am so sorry about that. I can't imagine how you feel with this going on. I really don't agree with that. My youngest daughter is the only one who doesn't have a name on hers and that is because she was a rape baby. My other two kids have there father on the certificate even though we don't get along. I also keep my door open to him. He can see his kids when ever he wants and when and if they get used to him I would be more then willing to say take them for this week its spring break any way. There father choses to stay away he is focused more on the new family he created then the one he created with me. I am cool with that too. To be honest I just hope one day he wakes up and thinks I wonder what all my children are doing today and checks on them. That would make me the happiest.
