Where should you spray cologne/fragrances?
I know the neck and wrists are good places but I've also heard the crook of the arm is a good spot. Is this true even when it is covered by long sleeved clothing or would the fragrance be too weak?

I always put some behind the ears. When your in a club, where there is loud music and a chick has to be right in your ear for you to hear her, her nose will be right where you put the cologne.

No, you could just spray it after you have your shirt on. Also, I've heard that spraying a little in your hair is really effective because the scent lasts longer.
