What benzo is most powerful for anxiety? I ve tried Xanax diazepam lorazepam and none except lorazepam are brilliant. What better ones?

I can help. I have Bipolar Disorder and severe anxiety disorder with Panic. The benzo you did not mention is Klonopin. It is the strongest. Benzodiazepines frequently have a paradoxical reaction when taken in high doses; google it. The more you take the more anxious and angry you become. I can only take a low dose of most benzos otherwise they make me a raging suicidal mess.

I preferred Propranolol

Low dose xanax actually worked great for me.

Same as everything else in life...that depends on YOU.

While they all work relatively the same way, different medications effect people differently...and the dosage is also a contributing factor, too.

A higher dose of Xanax may work better for one person while a lower dose of Diazepam may work better for someone else.
