Really bad bruise and bump?
I tripped today and managed to hit some concrete. I wasn't too worried until I looked at the bruise a couple hours later. It is a red/brown color with purple around the edges and whenever I feel it, it has a bump. What do I do?

The color is actually your body breaking down all the blood in the bruise, hence the weird brown color.

Apply cold compresses and keep it elevated, The bump should go down in a day or two. If it doesn't, let a doctor look at it.
A bruise is a sign of bleeding under the skin. The lump is probably fluid build up around the injury.
